I just switched from the Quicksilver to the SavorOne cause it’s better for my spending habits, but it looks like in November it’s rebranding to Savor. Will it still have all the same perks with just a different name?
Yes. The name of the product changes to Savor, but the rewards structure and everything else remains the same.
Same card, different paint job.

That’s good, that 3% on grocery and dining is hard to beat.
@Aeron
There’s lots of cards with 3% on grocery and dining… other cards also have gas.

Yeah, but the thing is dining and grocery is what I mostly spend on. Plus it’s what a lot of people spend on. I was thinking of getting the Wells Fargo Active Cash cause that had 2% cash back, but I realized it had no bonus categories and also has a 3% foreign transaction fee (Savor doesn’t).
@Aeron
Try the Bread Rewards: 3% on grocery, 3% on gas, 3% on dining, and 3% utilities. Plus, 20 swipes give you another 25%, making it 3.75%.

A lot? In one card? I’m only aware of the Citi Strata and depending on your definition, the Amex Gold. Which ones am I missing?
@Cortland
Bread Rewards has no annual fee. It’s an American Express, from Comenity.

Comenity and Synchrony do not have the best of reputations.

I have five Synchrony cards and zero issues with any of them.
@Aeron
So one of the things is changing is that they aren’t going to be offering the Uber anymore, as far as what I could see, that’s the only change other than the design.

It was pretty much going to be discontinued anyways after the 14th I thought?
@Sully
Correct, but the rumor mill is swirling about a possible ‘Savor X’ with (perhaps) a permanent Uber offering. We’ll see what happens.

If they do that, I’ll only be happy if it can still be cash back, but with the option to transfer to points (like my current $95 AF Savor is), and they give existing holders of the discontinued Savor the option to PC. I transfer my rewards to my VX most of the time, but want the flexibility of cash back for periods when I’m not traveling for a while.

It’s a great card for this time of the year when I’ve hit my bonus multiplier limits on all of the other cards.
Did you do a product change? How to do this? Can I PC from a Venture One Rewards to a Savor?

CO sent me an email saying that I was eligible for an upgrade and my options were either the SavorOne or one of the Venture cards.
We don’t know.
