Not sure, but I think you’re better off buying an Xbox gift card at Lowe’s or Home Depot to avoid issues.

I always pay for Gamepass using my Discover card because it’s my oldest card and I want that monthly charge to keep it active The category shows as computer network/information services, so I’m not sure if it will qualify.

I wish I could change my Discover IT Chrome to the cashback card but they stopped offering product changes back in 2020 and haven’t allowed it since I only earn 2% cash back at restaurants and gas stations, and I drive an electric car…

I’d like to too but sadly this is my oldest card and closing it would really hurt my credit.
