Right, but 5% on gas is offered by some Visa credit cards, though I don’t know of any that provide that rate at wholesale clubs. You could certainly achieve 5% on both with different cards.

Chase Ink can allow for fee-free Visa gift cards at 5%, but that’s a roundabout way. There was previously USBAR at 4.5% and now (if you can manage it) USB Smartly at 4%, but that’s about as good as it gets.

@Adrian
True; the Chase Ink option could work for all purchases, but at some stage, the time and effort needed might offset the rewards (or it would for me). USBAR was great, but it’s currently closed to new applicants.

@Nevan
Yep, I’m aware that I simply wanted to highlight how rare such rewards are.

@Quill
You can have both personal and business PayPal accounts, but I’m unsure if the business one receives cashback. I should find out.

It doesn’t, unfortunately.

With Costco, you won’t get 5% on both in-club and gas; that’s true across all warehouse clubs.
Is it even possible to have 2 PayPal accounts?

You’d probably need a second person to help you get two PayPal accounts or debit cards.

Does Walmart also count?
