Hi everyone,
I currently use the Amex Gold card as my main card for food and travel, earning Membership Rewards points, and the Fidelity 2% back Visa for general purchases. My wife and I prefer to keep our card setup simple.
We are renting right now and planning to buy a house in 3-5 years. I’ve been looking into the Bilt Rewards card because it offers rewards on rent payments, which could be around $1500/month for us.
Do you think it’s worth adding the Bilt card to our lineup given our current renting situation and future home-buying plans?
Also, do you prefer to mix cash back and rewards cards in your portfolio? Why or why not? I’m also considering the BBP as a potential catch-all card.
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated
