Quicksilver and Journey are both from C1, with Quicksilver having the lowest CL and Journey having the highest. Do I need to get a Spark Business Card? Although I do have an LLC, I use my Amazon Chase card to refill most of my stuff. Since many of the items I buy on Amazon are no longer of high quality and too many vendors are reselling the same products under different names, I may decide to stop shopping there.
My primary reason for signing up with Spark Business 1.5% was to use it for fee-free foreign transactions. They had a promotion going on at the time that offered me a $750 cash bonus if I spent $6,000 in three months. All they gave me was $500. They indicated they could adjust the cash incentive amount in your TOS but they would keep quiet about it when I called about it.
They awarded me a $16.5k CL even though I have over 800 CS. Although I had intended to utilise this card, something about it tasted bad. I’ll reserve it for only international travel.
Similar to what happened to me with Capital One, they changed the sign-on bonus shortly after I joined.
That was a bad move on their part.
Similarly, I wouldn’t recommend the Capital One Spark Card, which advertises a ‘no pre-set spending limit.’ In reality, this means you have no clear idea of how much you can spend at any given time. They offer a tool where you can enter your planned spending amount to check if it’s approved, but this has not prevented business transactions from being declined after surpassing a $4,000 spending limit. Our previous card had a $50,000 limit, making this experience quite disappointing.
I’ve been assured that my spending limit will increase over time, but the constant hassle of declined purchases is frustrating and time-consuming for our team.
I’m going to give it another month to see if things improve. However, if I could start over, I wouldn’t choose this card, despite its attractive sign-up bonuses.
If you do not want the $500.00 SUB, the benefits are only 1.5%, compared to 5% with the Amazon Prime Visa.
Using my Amazon card, that is. Regards
This card cannot be used for business. Monthly adjustments are made to credit limits. We charged $9600 on the card in the first month, and they repeatedly refused a $7400 transaction I made in the third month because of credit limits. Each month, the credit card was fully paid off. I’m going to be switching credit card companies because I can’t work with this one consistently.
