I’ve been unable to log in. I’ve even attempted to change my password, but that hasn’t been successful either. It surprises me that such a large credit union doesn’t offer customer service on Sundays.

Yes. Mobile app not recognizing username. I even went through the verification, birthdate/ssn and it still says unrecognized and locked. Probably a weekend maintenance issue, though they should have posted a notice.

I experienced the same problem. The next day, login worked. Now it’s the same problem. Says my username and password are incorrect. This is really odd.
