Hi, I am having the most difficulty canceling my credit card. The only ways to contact them are by phone at 877 825 3242 or by letter. They don’t offer an email or chat feature for customers. They will offer you a number of options whenever you phone, NONE OF WHICH INCLUDE CANCELLATION.
To learn that they have a secret option if you keep pushing 0 until they connect you with a representative, I had to read through another Reddit post. I did not want anyone else to have to spend the hour or so I spent researching this information, therefore I wanted to share it with others.
