[DP] cardmatch.com hard-pulled my credit history

A short while after viewing my offers on cardmatch.com, I received an email from creditkarma informing me that they had made a hard inquiry into my credit history.

Hello. I manage the CreditCards.com product.

We are aware of a TransUnion technical issue that started this morning (July 19) and affected our CardMatch product. CardMatch is intended to perform only soft inquiries, which have no bearing on a user’s credit score. However, some users are complaining that a hard inquiry has shown on their TransUnion credit reports. We are collaborating with TransUnion to address this as soon as we can.
