Noticed a targeted Q4 offer for the Amazon Prime Chase Visa card pop up.
5% cashback on Gas/Groceries/Restaurants for Q4 up to $1,000 in purchases if activated by Dec 31 2024.
Curious if this is going to stack with the usual 2% back on gas/restaurants on the card. Time will tell!

I got this offer last quarter, and the bonus category is not stackable. I got 5% total instead of 2%+5%.

Got 5% at whole foods (no stackable bonus).

And the funny thing is that at the time I had gotten a targeted email for this very same reward deal last quarter (July-Sep) and fully utilized the $1000 spend; but now I searched my emails and didn’t see any offer for me for this quarter, but it still worked when I logged in to https://www.chase.com/mybonus.
If I wasn’t 4/24 and eyeing the Freedom Flex… this would have been my next card. It seems pretty OP from time to time.

Don’t quote me on this but I read somewhere here that the prime visa doesn’t count toward 5/24.

Can confirm. Got approved last month at 7/24.

There’s been success with getting approved for it at 5/24 but my profile is too thin to get that many new cards in a short amount of time. I’m at 4/24, 1/12, 1/6. Oldest account is 5 years. AaoA is 2 ish years.

It definitely seems to get targeted offers a lot more frequently than any other card in my wallet. That’s for sure.
