Capital One login problem

Hey guys< on May 15, I opened a Capital One Venture X card. I am unable to sign into my account on their website. It reloads the login page. I have had three conversations and one phone call. They see it as “part of a larger issue.” I created an online account for my AU, and everything works perfectly. The app also works properly for me, but not the desktop login. I have tried three different browsers and machines. I am wondering whether the “larger issue” has affected anyone else.

Since the app works, it’s probably a website glitch. Keep in touch with support for updates.

For the past two weeks, I have experienced the same problem that you detailed. The program functions properly, but not when used on a PC. I have experimented with Edge, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, and both incognito and private mode on Windows and Mac computers. Although the support staff informed me that this was a known issue, I was unaware that it had been present for nearly a month.

Hey, James Miller. I always have login troubles on one of the CapitalOne login screens, but it always works on the other. I always have to click the logo in the upper left corner, and that login screen works for me.
