I will be relocating to another city next month. I’m aware that most vendors charge a transaction fee when paying rent or mortgage with a card.
Do you have any recommendations for a card that I could use to pay rent and earn rewards?

To pay rent or mortgage with a credit card, choose cards that give rewards or cashback and have low or no fees. Examples are Chase Sapphire Preferred, American Express Blue Cash Preferred, or travel reward cards.
