Are there really no credit cards with no balance transfer fees?

There are no deals available for cards that waive the balance transfer fee. I discovered that to apply for this credit union, one must visit a branch although none are close to me. Why is that?

There are indeed some credit cards that offer no balance transfer fees, but they can be quite rare and often come from smaller banks or credit unions.
They include:

  • Navy Federal Credit Union Platinum Credit Card offers a 0.99% APR on balance transfers for 12 months, followed by an 11.99%-18.00% variable APR. It’s a great choice for those seeking a low regular APR and no balance transfer fees.
  • BECU Visa Credit Card provides rate reductions and has a regular APR of 14.24% - 25.24% variable. Plus, it doesn’t charge any balance transfer fees.

Hi,
Yes, some credit cards offer no balance transfer fees. These often come with introductory 0% APR periods, but read terms carefully as regular APRs can be high.
