Anybody ever had success with cardmatch?

I found this on HMB:

I entered my information and a few respectable cards were returned; however, I’m not sure if I should apply for them simply because a soft pull reveals them. Has anyone used this service to apply for a card for which they were preapproved?

I usually just get Chase cards I already have or offers that aren’t great. But a friend of mine used CardMatch and scored the 100k Amex Platinum and the 50k PRG points without any issues.

That’s the reason I completed my Amex Platinum. 100k points was difficult to refuse.

I’ve never had any cards, so I’m not sure how such offers are targeted, but I would never apply for anything.

Occasionally, it will present a 100k offer for Amex.

Very occasionally it will bring up an Amex 100k offer. It’s only worth doing of you want that offer because it’s the only non public offer that comes up. There really is no harm in doing it.
